Maritime Museum wedding photography
Helen and David were married last weekend in St Paul’s Church in West Derby followed by one hell of a party at Merseyside Maritime Museum in the Albert Dock in Liverpool!
Highlights from the day included Helen’s adorable nephew Joe in his little suit and Converse, the beautiful bride in her elegant Jenny Packham dress and floor length veil, David welling up as his wife-to-be walked down the aisle and putting a “love lock” on the chain fencing at the Albert Dock.
What struck me most about this wedding, apart from the fact that Helen and David are made for each other and their families and friends love them to bits, is that they LOVE their music and LOVE to party! Musical talent runs through the Crilly blood! The party was kicked off by Helen’s brother Paul and his band The Bad Habits who got everyone up on the dance-floor, belting out tune after tune! The absolute highlight of the night though was when some of the bridesmaids got up to sing a slightly altered version of Marry You by Bruno Mars thanks to Helen’s sister Catherine! It got an amazing response from everyone, Mr & Mrs Jones were simultaneously laughing their heads off and filling up with emotion!
H and Dav! Thank you so much for asking me to be part of your big day! I have loved getting to know you both and of course your crazy clan! I know we’re going to be firm friends forever, there’s no getting rid of me now! xxxxxxxx
