A relaxed and colourful wedding in Liverpool
I love couples who like to do things a bit differently on their wedding day and Charlotte & Ben’s relaxed Siren Liverpool wedding fit that bill perfectly!
I met the couple BEFORE their wedding ceremony at St George’s Hall to do their couple portraits around the Baltic area of town. They chose to do this so they could just relax after the ceremony and party with their guests. As they had planned to walk into the ceremony room together anyway it just made sense! I thought it was a great idea and a rare treat for me to spend some quality time with my couple!
The ceremony was short and sweet with Charlotte getting a fit of the giggles at one point, obviously getting married is hilarious! We then went on to Siren for the wedding reception and it looked stunning! The couple had printed off photos of all their friends and family for the place settings which was a lovely, personal touch. They had a cheese cake topped with a couple of frogs and the beautiful flowers were done by Karen McGrath.
The weather was nice enough to have drinks and canapes on the roof, the food looked and smelled amazing! The couple did a joint speech followed by some lovely words from Ben’s best man and then I left them to eat, drink and be merry! Such a lovely, relaxed wedding!
