WOW!!

What can I say about 2021? My busiest year ever thanks to the rollover of postponed weddings from 2020, but also my most fun! Every single wedding was fab and all my couples were amazing! I came away from every wedding thinking “THIS IS MY BLOODY JOB!!!”

I attended the loveliest micro weddings with just four people at the start of the year and I saw couples FINALLY tie the knot on their second/third/fourth wedding dates due to Covid. In August I did my first triple header (3 weddings back to back) and got stuck in a rose bush during one of them! I shot at some of my favourite venues and some new ones too. I laughed, I cried, I almost melted in the July heat, I hung out with dogs and I ate some amazing food and drank craft beer in a brewery (one of my highlights!)

Here’s a little taste of how the year went for me. It was so hard to pick such a small selection of images and I’ve probably missed out loads of corkers but never mind!

Thank you to all my wonderful 2021 couples, you made my job unbelievably enjoyable and I’m so lucky to have met you all and to have played a small part in your big days!

2022 has got a lot to live up to!
