Last year I went on a Northern Presets Co. workshop in Manchester. I had a great day at Trof in the Northern Quarter with a bunch of other photographers, brushing up on our Lightroom skills and learning about different editing techniques. We stopped for an amazing lunch put on by the team at Trof. The food is seriously good (with great veggie options too) and I judge the success of a workshop by the quality of the food, so this was a winner!
Fun couples photography in the Northern Quarter
In the afternoon we went for a stroll around town with our gorgeous couple for the day, Tyler & Luke, who were a joy to photograph and totally up for anything we asked of them! The Northern Quarter is a really cool place for a couples shoot. I do a lot of pre-wedding shoots and wedding portraits in the Baltic area of Liverpool and this has a similar vibe. A bit shabby and definitely quirky, with lots of interesting nooks and crannies and loads of street art and COLOUR! That’ll do me!
